Model S thinks sun is yellow traffic light

Today Our 2016 Model S interpreted the setting sun in a hazy sky as a yellow traffic light. We were in cruise control and it kept trying to slow down.

Similarly, I love when there is a light, misty rain, the auto wipers stay off even after the autopilot (FSD) finally displays "autopilot degraded due to poor weather conditions" message. I manually engage the wipers, and all is fine...of course. These cars should not be driven in auto mode except in perfect conditions, and not even then during sunset or sunrise.
