Model S vs Model X vs Model 3- wheel/tire interchangeability......

What can and can't fit between each of them. I am strictly speaking of stock OEM, Tesla made ONLY wheel rims.

3 is a different bolt pattern so a non-starter.

I’ve seen instances on here of people using 20” Model X wheels on S.

Well that answers 1 question I had. Really? so the bolt pattern is different between the S and the 3?.
I was hoping to at some point to fit the 19inch model 3 rims to my 2015 Model S. Does anybody know
for sure or has tried it?, whats the wheel off set differences. What about the old style TPMS vs the
newer style TPMS. Anybody tried any different combos????

Model 3 and Model S/X wheels are not compatible.

Model 3 wheels:

• Offset: +40
• PCD: 5X114.3
• Center Bore: 64.1mm

Model S/X wheels:

• Offset: +40 (Model X uses +35)
• PCD: 5X120
• Center Bore: 64.1mm

Bolt spacing is different.

Anyone actually tried to fit them?

I have Model S 19 wheels with snow tires, and I would just like to use those on my Model 3 for a road trip...But on the fence about getting spacers. But it would be a lot cheaper than buying a whole new set of wheels and snow tires...=/...Safety first...but still curious...Anyone ever tried this?

I’m guessing you could run an adapter that converts the bolt pattern but safety wise that’s dependent
