Just Curious if anyone knows about this.
The early description on the Tesla website for the Model X signature says, "The Model X Signature Series comes standard with Tesla’s largest 90 kWh battery, and dual electric motors rated at 259 horsepower in the front and 503 horsepower in the rear."
Is the Front motor for the Model X the same one used as the front and rear motors for the S85D? The current S85D is rated 211 horse power x2=422. Does that mean the "old" S85D can be juiced up to 259 x2=518 horsepower with a software tweak?
