Model X being bought by Infinity dealers?

When I look for 2022 MX, there seems to be many bought by Infiniti dealerships at auction? Anybody find that? How do they get them.?
Perhaps people with early orders are flipping them for a profit to resellers. Then the reseller sells them at a higher price to the Infiniti dealer, and they sell at an even higher price to the end customer. People are willing to pay a premium to not have a year plus wait for a Model X. And there is 20-30K worth of a profit to be had for an early order till now.

All car dealers are not getting many cars, so they are getting desperate to have some inventory regardless of brand.

The only bad thing is the original buyer can get barred from buying any future Teslas because of a reseller violation as defined in their original contract.

How long should you keep the vehicle to avoid Tesla’s black list?

Thanks. Your analysis seems accurate. Unfortunate for those who are waiting in line to get the MX.
