The Model 3 and Model Y both lack the bioweapon defense mode. There are aftermarket Model 3 HEPA replacement air filters which were used by Californians to good effect during last years fires to mitigate the effects of smoke and air pollutants, and which might help filter viruses during the COVID-19 pandemic. If the Model Y uses the same filter as M3, one could replace the stock MY filter with the aftermarket HEPA filter. Has any new Model Y owner compared filter size vs M3 filter yet to see if that’s possible?
