Model Y Dimple Issues

First post. So bummed because I was scheduled for ppf next week. Spoke with my buddy who owns a tesla certified body shop and this is a common issue with Y bumpers. Due to tight gaps and installs, it causes stress on the bumper and creates this “dimple”. On the fence because I can put in a service ticket and risk them doing another shitty job or get it repaired at the body shop. Just wanted to share this and see if any of you experienced this.

Found a video, haven’t removed the bumper yet on my car. But the bumper reinforcement maybe the cause from tight fitment. You can see the corner hit the inside of bumper.
