Model Y - Noise From Halfshaft - Warranty or Wear and Tear

Tesla is telling me the halfshaft has to be lubricated, and it's part of normal wear and tear, and not covered by warranty unless the part failed which it did not.

The halfshaft is a sealed component, and there is nothing in the manual about lubricating a half shaft.

They say only part failure would determine if it is replaced, and noise is not a valid reason for part failure.

Lubricating the components also does not guarantee the sound stops.

I don't know, it seems like they are completely bsing me. I've spoken to friends who work at other dealerships (not Tesla), and they say it should be covered.
