Model Y RWD - Real Range

Had my Model Y RWD about a month now - what ranges are people achieving at realistic motorway speeds - I'm managing a max of 180 miles, quite a lot less than the 283 quoted, although it has been reasonably cold? Seems to be a bit worse than I would reasonably expect?

Lots of short runs and getting about 250 miles

Nice car but they need to get the range up as they did with the Model 3 RWD.
