With the current state of service appointment delays in South Florida (the next available appointment is close to 4 weeks in advance) are there any tried and tested options for tire replacement and service (rotations and balancing) outside of Tesla available? This car goes through tires like butter and I’m even driving it in chill mode and still manage to get only 10k-11k miles on the rear tires.

Have the car aligned at a reputable alignment shop. I'm at 21k miles, 2021 MYLR, 19"s, and I'm only about 1/2 way worn...5-6mm.

I have never used this company, but planned to do so in the future.
They are mobile and come to your home or business. You can order tires
through them, or they will mount yours.

Next up - TireRack.com TireRack can ship your tires to a local installer in their network of tire installers. Tire Rack also offers mobile tire service in some areas. The installer will contact you when your tires are ready to be installed. Tire rotation, service would something you could negotiate with the installer.

You can also purchase a low profile floor jack, tools: (21 mm socket, socket wrench and a torque wrench) and rotate your own tires.
