model Y under $60,000

Accounting question. In Delaware we get a $2500 rebate if the price of the car is under $60,000. However, if I order the FSD with red color, the price goes over $60,000. So, if I add on the FSD later, that keeps the cost below $60,000. How much higher is the FSD if added later?

That's a good idea. They use to offer the price after the sale. Not seeing the additional pricing, I would think it's the same as pre sale.

So we have the same thing in NY except its $2k for cars less than $60k MSRP. Now I had to make a change to my model Y, but when I did I saw the $2k discount on the estimate... and I got the FSD with a cost of $60,500 total... so I'm not sure how it works, I'm curious too, but it looked like its ok... Although it could just be because its an estimate, maybe cause FSD is not part of the MSRP? or the destination charges drops it just below?? I have no idea, but thought I would share what I saw.
