Are those front rotors OE size? I thought 400 mm MPP kit wouldn’t fit 19s compared to 380 mm OE size.

Correct! These are the OE sized replacements. MPP has both same sized rotors for direct plug & play and the 400mm Big Brake Kit for the Plaid
