My 2019 model 3. Is beginning to rust. Any suggestion how I can prevent it from spreading.

Paint shouldn't be peeling off in large pieces like this. It should be covered by warranty although I imagine you will have to fight about it.

I would suggest looking through the tesla warranty for your vehicle to see if it answers that question. You can find an online PDF of the warranty here:

Get straight back to Tesla as it's covered by chassis warranty.

I'm worry my warranty might have gotten void, this rust was pointed out to me when I took the car to get rust proofing. The rust proof place did not drill any hole or anything, they just applied the rust proof coating and that when they pointed out the rust to me.
