My free Spotify on My Tesla 3 was working but not now. Keep saying “this account will be used when profile is active “ when I tried to sign in with my email address and password.

Yes (in the US at least). No idea how you mention it was working previously because tesla specifically says you require a premium account to log into spotify (again, at least in the US)

Yes. Did you have a free trial of premium that expired?

I thought Spotify required a subscription to work as the free service don't work with or without the Premium Connection of Tesla ?

If he don't have the Premium Connectivity of Tesla, he can use hotspot from his phone to stream if he has Spotify Premium.
