All, thank you for the input. I don't recall if the mirrors were shut. I don't believe they presented so the theory it was somehow unlocked remains though I'm not certain whether that's possible with the door handles retracted which I believe they were.

She rarely drives it but I will try to reproduce when she does. In the meantime, I'm going to be on the lookout for a p100dl.

She was still in the building and I had to call her. The bottle of wine in the trunk made me think it could be mine. She is a mellow soul, but was slightly concerned.
