My MX both front doors won’t close properly in Below 32

I’m having this issue with my both front doors. My glass window won’t indexing down whenever I tried to open door when outside temperature go below 32F. Tesla service center told me to preheat the car for 30+ minuets ( it didn’t work) or pour hot water into window glass liner to work properly when I contacted first time. They told me they can’t do anything about it fix the issue and preheat the car for more than 1 hours ( I ain’t got no time for that) , when I contacted them second time. I live in New England so outside temperature go below 32F all the time. Does anyone who live in cool weather has this kind of issue ?

Try to recalibrate your front door window first

If not, take to SC as it could be rubber around the window need to be replaced

Avg Temp here in Canada is -10C, much colder than your place and it’s working fine
