MY only charges to 80%

I charge n my garage with a NEMA 14-50 outlet. If I set the limit to anything other than 80%, it will automatically adjust to 80% after a couple of minutes. I adjust back to 70% or 90% and it does the same thing over and over. Once it charges to 80%, it stops charging and the limit goes to 50%. IIRC, this only started when I updated to 2020.36. Anybody else having this problem?
