My Tesla is leaking. How can I figure out the cause?

Just got my Tesla Model Y 4 days ago and My Tesla is leaking, not sure if its water or something else. How can I figure out the cause?

Is it clear and odorless? My money is on AC condensate and its nothing to worry about.

Bluish.... coolant

oily could be brake fluid or differential oil. (Oily doesn't exactly describe brake fluid, but its close enough)

did you ever get your answer? i believe this is because the interior is being cooled and the heat pump drain is draining the water / condensation into the floor. Those that garage their MY's, do you put anything under the car to soak up the fluids?
