Looks like the mysterious Lathrop, CA site is at least a distribution center. Got my model 3 wireless charger today.

Tesla has multiple sites in Lathrop. This address does not match the new building. I also got a package yesterday (same address).

Tesla is building/leasing a lot of facilities in Lathrop, CA. On top of the parts distribution center, Lathrop was the place where Tesla staged Model 3 inventory last year and will manufacture car parts. Tesla has total of 1.9 million square feet of space in Lathrop. For reference, the Tesla Fremont Factory is roughly 4.6 million square feet.

With the Lathrop location manufacturing parts, hopefully the wait times for parts needed for repairs will dramatically decrease.
