Name change w/ Raven?

I saw that Musk said they needed to change LRX to LRX Plus due to EPA requirements or something like that. Was there such a requirement when Ravens were released and range improved?

I think Raven was an internal name, whereas the changes to the 'Long Range' becoming the 'Long Range +' was due to government requirements. I assume the difference is because it's the underlying battery architecture that was different? Not sure, but whatever the requirements are, the changes to Raven obviously didn't meet it.

"Raven" were labeled long range, prior to that you had the 100D naming structure(with less miles)
