My wife has a new Model Y. I have a 2022 Model 3. So she already had a Tesla cloud profile, but really didn't use it much in my car so I doubt she ever set up any favorite locations in the nav.
When she first brought her new car home, I showed her how to add her favorite locations to the nav. We made sure she was in her profile, not Easy Entry or my profile.
She set a few up and then the next time she drove her car, they were blank. So she set them up again (always using her cloud profile).
When this happened the third time, she got pretty frustrated.
Is this a known issue? Just one of those quirks of the cloud?
