Navigation freezes frequently

I’ve had my Model Y for one month. I’ve been having problems with the navigation freezing which then disables autopilot. When I power down the vehicle, wait just over 2 minutes it works again. I had read some articles where others mention problems with Sentry Mode which I had used in the beginning. I disabled that feature and even removed the flash drive but still the problem persists. I have the latest updates from Tesla. This is quite a nuisance as I’m about ready to start a cross country trip.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Press and Hold the two scroll buttons on your steering wheel until the vehicle reboots.
If that fails open a service request on the Tesla app on your phone under "other".
Then call 877-798-3752 and ask if they can remote into your vehicle and correct the problem?
Good luck
Thanks! I did a soft reboot several times and it never works but the power down does. Just happening way too often. I’ll get a service request in 👍
