anyone else having issues with using the search function in navigation.
driving in Austin this weekend, I tried different search functions such as

navigate to nearest supercharger,
directions to nearest supercharger
nearest Tesla supercharger
find nearest supercharger
all back back the same results nothing found try again,

had to use the phone app to find the location then transfer it to the car for guidance.
once I was at the supercharger station it seems the search function was working again.

things I tried with not luck in working was a soft rest, hard reset

the software version is 10.2 or 2019.32.12.2

What about turning on the chargers on the map and then just clicking on them?

That's what I do. First open the app and if your destination is not listed (closest four SCers) just expand the map on car screen and touch the one you want.

so what is the point of voice command if it does not work
