NC QuickPass (EZ Pass) Transponder Mounting on 2021 Model S (Delivered August 2021)

I want to install the NC QuickPass HOV Transponder (must be mounted on the front windshield to physically slide the HOV Switch for Toll Saving) on my windshield. I have seen several issues where it does not work.
Does anyone have experience with 2021 Model S (Delivered August 2021, with, I believe, Tesla Vision vs. Radar system) successfully using their transponder? Where did you mount it?
