Need help identifying a part

When i took delivery of my Used 90D there were two of the below parts floating around the frunk. one for the left side and one for the right side. I looked up the number and it looks like it's a:
1072913-00-B - FRONT FASCIA REINFORCE TAB, LEFT

should i be concerned? do i need to put it back somewhere?

Seriously though, good question. Looks like a bumper bracket for the S. I wonder what it is doing in your frunk.
