Need New Tires Pirrelli or Continental?

Hey Tesla Owners.

I have a 60D Model X. 20inch standard RIMS with continental tires (the ones it came it). They have 20k miles on them.
Staggared. Looking to replace the front ones since they are wearing down and I'm making lots of road noise.

Couple question.

Has anyone installed Pirreli's on their X?

How do they compare to the continentals?
The tire rep told me it's a better tire and that your paying for the continental brand name.

Second. Has anyone ever mixed and matched tires. I.e continental in rear and Pirreli in the front.

Performance? Ride quality?

Thanks.

I got 42k miles out of my stock 20" Conti cross contact from delivery and I could have gotten more but I was switching wheels anyway.

I've found then Conti's to be pretty quiet, no problems with them. Looks like the reviews on tire rack for the Pirreli's are pretty good, a bit better than the stock Conti, but I have no experience with them.
