Need Odometer reading at delivery for CVRP rebate, quickest response options from Tesla?

My California CVRP rebate is incomplete due to Tesla not including the odometer reading in the MVPA or any other document provided to myself. I have tried emailing the delivery specialist, through the Tesla site in my Model 3 account as well through [email protected].

Any other tips to get expedited response from Tesla as the rebate application will be cancelled after a couple of days due to insufficient documentation.

My application had the final price version of the purchase agreement showing 50 miles. The temp registration tag also showed 50 miles. Tesla is very bad with their paperwork.

Edit it with a pdf editor and put 50 in the box! And if you don't have a pdf editor, print out the pages. Print out "50" on another page, cut out the "50", put on top of the printed out MVPA. Scan them with your camera and resubmit.

When we bought our 2017 MX, they came back and said my MVPA was not signed. Sure enough all the signature boxes were blanks. So I printed out all the pages, signed them, scanned them and resubmit and it was fine.

I don't know if it's true, but when I took delivery, the advisor said Tesla is allowed to use 50 miles as the odometer reading (even if the actual mileage is less). This prevents them from having to go back and correct paperwork, if something were to change before actual drive off.

Not sure if you got this answered, but on the back of the title, there is an odometer certification. Mine said 50 miles.

I only know this because I elected to not have Tesla register the car on my behalf for several reasons. Therefore I was mailed the signed title in order to do the title transfer paperwork. Lo and behold there on the back is the statement.

MY MVPA has a blank odometer reading hence the issue.

So my CA registration paperwork is blank on the odometer reading, the temporary also was blank. I had concern when they scanned and sent it to me and they told me "it's fine." Every other car I ever bought, BMWs and Subarus, had the actual mileage in it.

However my actual Tesla MVPA says "50". Is this what you have now? If so you are not alone. Same boat here but I haven't received any type of rejection yet.
