New delivery how clean was your car?

Got my MYP on 8/13/21, it looked like it was detailed ok when I picked it up. After I got home I got to really take a look. The surface was pretty rough and there were spots of tar or sap over it. Since it was transported by truck across the country, I guess this was inevitable. Ended up clay baring the new car and putting a coat of wax on it. What is everyone else's experience?

It was pretty clear the car was transported going backwards because all of the dead bugs in the back and in the rearview mirrors.

My latest one was delivered in a covered car transport. Perfectly clean.

I saw a transport truck delivery while I was at pickup, wasn't a cover variety, so I guess it's also luck of the draw for which transport company your car gets.
