New model 3 software version?

Hello everyone my software version is 2021.3.106.6, and it just says miscellaneous fixes, how do I force an update or is this the latest version, although it doesn't have all the updates that it should do like turning off dimmed mirrors and swapping from miles to percentage easily....screenshot of the version one my app screen attached, please help...

I was on 2021.3.104 for 2 months, got 5.8 GB yesterday, now at 2021.32.21.
