New Model Y Remote connectivity issue

This happened once before and is happening again on my new model Y, I am unable to connect to my Tesla remotely through the app to access controls and live view. Both my phone and vehicle are connected to cellular. I tried on different devices as well both connected on wifi or cellular. Anyone else experiencing the same or know a fix.

You can try this out: Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. Try logging out and then logging back into your Tesla app. Restart your phone and see if that helps. When I had similar issues I did a soft or hard reset of my Model Y and it resolved the connectivity issues.
