new motor for Tesla Model S for kids

I've got a model S for kids form radio Flyer.
But after a few hours of driving the electro motor (engine) is burned.

Has anyone experience with this?
I tried to contact Radio Flyer (www.radioflyer.com) but they do not give any answer about repairing.

I want to buy a new electro motor but can't find them on the internet.

Can anybody help? To throw it away is a shame.

Check amazon for Power Wheels replacement motors, usually they are 550 size motors, if you want more speed then you can likely swap in 750 size motors

Should be under warranty, just send it back to RF.

Which did you go for as struggling to find the right motor due to the angled 11 teeth end on the motor. Seem to k key find 9 or 12 straight teeth? Please help

Maybe too late but I ordered replacement motors directly from radio flyer, just contact customer service. Was about $50 shipped within the US for both motors.

Cheers, I did contact them directly and they replaced both motors free of charge as was less than a year old so worked out well in the end
