Our navigation used to say Google & Tesla (in the bottom right corner). I just noticed it now only says Google, with a note of 2018.
Perhaps I just noticed it and it has been that way for a few updates (I’m on 2018.4.1 ec044c8). I know Elon recently spoke about “light years ahead” navigation “early” this year (I realize we are on Elon Standard Time). Could this be the beginning?

ETA: Perhaps I just answered my own question, but it appears the “Tesla” part only shows up when Navigation is being used.
