Looks like the new 2021 Ford F-150 could charge a EV at Level 2 charging if needed in an emergency. Nice to know a flatbed tow to a super charger isn't the only option anymore.
So, about $45k for a F150 Supercrew with hybrid engine, etc. I guess you could use it to power your house in an outage, with the appropriate connections to a transfer panel.
It is a great idea. The neat technical thing about it, and another example is the 1500 W 120V inverter in the Mitsubishi Outlander GT PHEV, is that they are connected directly to the HV traction battery pack - and not limited by the 12V system.
