Purchased our first 2020 MX performance and wow this car is impressive. However I had to put in a service ticket for the passenger FWD as it will close, you can hear the latch going but then it fails calibration.
I have done the reset using the two scroll wheels but it isn’t helping. I made it prompt me for a calibration by latching the latch with the door up. Holding the calibrate button on the screen it moves down makes noise, doesn’t fully latch, then said the door was interrupted. So I was 30 miles from home and had to drive it home with it beeping at me constantly for 30 minutes. Is there anything that can be done? This is annoying and undrivable atm. I have a SC appointment Wednesday and it’s a 2.5 hours drive away. Thanks!
