So on the new layout with the car data (left side of screen), what does the speed in the circle mean? Its right next to the speedometer speed readout...

I know this was on the screen before the update, but it didn't seem as prominent as it does now. Maybe b/c the speedometer was larger font? Now since I have my TACC set to current speed, I have 2 icons with the same exact data represented; just seems a waste of space and I assume future updates might address this.
