New solar inverter not charging battery

[Our solar system was just installed by Tesla .
previous to this system we had. Working 4kw system backed by 2 powerwalls. The solar team installed a new 4kw and solar inverter. We commissioned the system and got permission to operate.

my finding is the app is discounting my home usage and my solar usage did not increase in the app. My solar meter from utility is registering solar but battery is not charging .

I opened up the boxes and found the ct for inveter nimber 1 is connected but there is no ct2 added for inverter number 2.

I am trying to get Tesla to fix this but not been successful what do I do exactly ?
I ordered the cts myself incase Tesla tells me they don’t have the hardware l. I am very close to just hooking the ct myself and do it on my own cause Tesla support has been horrible. I have one case escalated to tier 2. I just want them to send an install person to install the ct and verify new solar install charges existing battery system.

got any tips ?

We got it completely working we had to add ct to port 3 and in Tesla setup you have to designate it 1xct times2. This allows you to use 1 clamp hook per inverter then just configured the gateway to say 1x2. Were able to fix it on our own will upload all pics we took .

Did you get the CT wire fished through the conduit so that it wasn't draped over the door? Also, I would just turn the CT around instead of using the "Flip" in the wizard.

good ideas on both but I don’t have a ton of room to fish the wire it is very tight in the hole.
Also good idea to flip it but haven’t had that chance yet
