New tires for towing

I have replaced my OEM Contis once, and have gone through the 2nd set on my 2018 X100. I tow a lot, and went thru these in in just 18,000 miles.

Anybody have a suggestion? I have a set of winter tires, so "all-season" not important. I live in Maine, towed to Big Bend TX this winter.

What would be the exact tire info for the Pirelli Scorpions?

I’ve used nexen tires on my X for towing for 4 years now and they have always lasted in the 30k mile range and nearly all my miles are done towing with seriously heavy weight.. and nexens are very inexpensive
