No bass on lower volumes?

Picked up a new to me December 2017 build MS 75D. It has premium upgrades package, not sure if that includes anything audio related.
If I have the volume turned up to 6 or 7 the bass sounds great and full, anything lower than that and it feels like there is zero bass. I have the EQ set in a V shape with bass turned all the way up. Are there any other settings I should be looking at to help? Anyone else have this issue?

If your subwoofer works, you can feel its vibration coming from the wall of the right rear trunk (passenger's side). If you can't, you don't have it.

Yes. I don't know the older software but with newer software, the equalizer now has a separate subwoofer slider. It's sitting outside of your 5 standard equalizer sliders. Thus, with this slider, the bass is still very prominent even at a very low volume level.

Yeah mine doesn’t have the sub slider
