No difference in range between MYLR with inductions and MYP with uberturbines?

Someone on reddit () had said that and I'd like to know if that's a true statement.

If I remember correctly, the "stealth performance" MYP (non-PUP with the normal springs, normal brakes, and normal Gemini wheels) had one mile less range than the MY LR of the same time, and the only things I can see being detrimental to range on the PUP are the wheels (much heavier with sticky summer only tires) and the brakes (the brake rotors are thicker, more rotational mass than the standard brake rotors). The lower suspension probably actually helped range a tinny bit at high speeds.
