No EAP, only FSD

So I bought EAP prior to delivery. When I got my car it didn't have it, so I brought up that I had paid for it and they did it over the air by the next day. However, now I want to get the FSD before Monday for $2000 and it says on my account I need Autopilot first. I'm not paying $5000. I tried calling and that was no help. Any suggestions?

I have a very simple solution.

Call them, and ask them to refund the money you paid for EAP. Show them the paper work that shows you paid for it.

Then use that money to pay $5K for AP+FSD.

When the person realizes what you're trying to do they'll gladly take $2K for the FSD upgrade.
