Moving FSD from one car to another on same account?

Searching my memory from 2018 ownership to present (along with old threads here) to see if Tesla has ever allowed EAP or FSD transfer between vehicles on the same account. My wife has FSD on her '22 Y and rarely uses it. I have a '23 Y with basic AP (FSD 90-day trial has just expired). I've driven ~200k miles since 2018 with EAP/FSD and already miss it. I transferred free supercharging to my Y when I bought it in November, so my car will be the one we use for road tripping. Before I pull the trigger and drop $6k on EAP, just curious if there's ever a reason Tesla would be generous enough to legacy owners to allow such a thing as a transfer like this? I'm highly doubting it, since they stand to gain nothing from it. "Goodwill" is a term they used to throw around all the time back when I was a new owner. Haven't heard that one in a long time.
