Rather than make everyone try to give you a "definitive answer", maybe use commonsense and realize the only way you get what you want is via a loophole.

I wasn't trying to find a loophole, I was just asking a real question. Commonsense would tell you not be so insulting.

LOL, call it what you want, but your "real question" is about using partial FSD to transfer like full FSD, so you can keep EAP. To me, you're looking for a $6k loophole!

Again, I was NOT looking for a loophole and it's insulting that you accuse me of that! I've never cheated anyone or tried to get anything I didn't pay for. I just wanted clarification, that's all. I've asked Tesla Service Center employees about things in the past, and it turned out to be incorrect. For instance, years ago I had to drive 2 hours to my nearest service center for an issue. Once there they said they might need to keep my car overnight and only offered me Uber credits. I asked about a loaner car and was told Tesla stopped giving out loaners, which was not true for every service center.
