No heated seats in updated app model S

Hi! I bought my model S in December and I've updated app and the squigly lines for the pre heated seats don't show up in the app. It shows the schedule service update but not the heated seats...anyone have any insight here to fix this? I took photos of the version I updated to.

Thank you! Just to confirm...So the app is ok but it's the car itself that has to be updated? Is there an easy way to do that myself?
Correct. Unfortunately not. Best to keep the car on WiFi if you can as firmware updates seem to come quicker however it’s just a waiting game. The service centres can sometimes force updates for specific issues but normally it’s just waiting until you get a notification of a software update.

No, this looks like a broken update. Only about 2% of S and X's are on 2018.44 or earlier, and I assume they are there for a reason (like they are offline or don't want a newer version) For this, I'd call the national support line (the standard 800 number and get to software/feature support) and have them pull the logs and see if they can correct the issue. You may need to visit a service center but sometimes remote support can correct it. For contrast, 90% are on a version of 2018.48.12 (the version that gets you heated seats in the current app).
