I don't think Tesla is distinguishing between EAP, basic autopilot or possibly FSD in their descriptions of used cars. I've looked closely at actual photos of some of the cars and Nav on Autopilot is visible in the autopilot menu of some of the cars. Would be interesting to contact someone at Tesla with a few of the vins to see if you could find a FSD car.
