NoA option available but cameras still calibrating. HELP!

I have had 2018.42.2 for about 4-5 days now and the option for NoA is there but it keeps telling me that the cameras are calibrating. It goes from 99% back down to 96% and fluctuates in between. I have tried a hard reset but that doesn't work. I have AP2.5, latest MCU, maps, etc. I have cleaned all the cameras and made sure there were no obstructions. I just can't seem to get it to work. Anyone have any suggestions? I tried to search and found 1 thread on reddit but didn't help. TIA

Have you driven any distance on a highway? Mine calibrated in about 50 km of highway driving. GG
