Non-OEM tire recommendations

OEM Conti tires need replacing, and I would like some advice. My main concern is will replacing with non-OEM tires damage the drivetrain?
Was disappointed the new Michelin ClimateControl 2 didn't come in the LR tire size (255/45/19), I was really looking forward to the PIANO feature in the tire. Does anyone have a recommendation for a quiet tire? Only driven in Texas so it will almost never see ice and never see snow.

Edit: I'd like the Michelin CrossClimate 2, but it's not in the OEM size. Would there be any drivetrain harm in going with a 245 size or having a 40 profile? Is there a way to recalibrate to the 40 profile?

I was told by a Michelin rep that they will launch the Crossclimate 2 in the stock 19” size (255/45-19) on April 1, 2022. Induction folks are still out of luck though. 😩
