Now the winter is almost over - how to clean undercarriage

As many have been advising here, I am cleaning my Model 3 using the 2 bucket system and not going to any car wash place. Now the winter is over, how to get the undercarriage cleaned?

Yes. Applies to all car washes as water drains from rear into undercarriage. See thread above, especially videos.

Thanks for the heads-up. Not sure which is worse, to leave it as with all the salt and grime or having a waterlogged undercarriage!

Find a super cheap low pressure circular sprinkler similar to: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Orbit-58...hguid=c14006dd-d6e-169d69fa54e86f&athena=true. These are great for rinsing away salt, etc.

I have used the undercarriage wash at the local car wash with no issues. I have been keeping a close eye for any issues.

I had my car on the lift last week and it was not that bad. I think a simple brush and soapy water should be fine. You don't have to worry about scratches like you would with the paint.
