NSW rego

I have just received delivery of my Tesla 3 SR+ 2021 model made in China.
However, the NSW rego papers, organised by Tesla, say Model: MODE19.
Is this correct or should it say MODE21??
My NRMA CTP, also organised by Tesla correctly states 2021 Tesla Model 3 Sedan 0.0.

Mine also says MODE19, whatever that means, so I don't think it's anything to worry about.

I think it refers to the model year of release.
