I tried 1B, which was the OoO post, this morning in my Model X and it wouldn’t start charging., I just got the flashing blue light for a minute.

It looks like Fairy Meadow, NSW is live.

Disappointing max charging speed when I tried it this morning in the Model 3, despite preheating the battery for 30min, the SoC was probably too high and being 12°C didn't help either.

No, they're the Tesla cabinets. The MSB looks like the one below from the Figtree site.

I know nothing about the wonders of electrickery, but that seems strange seeing that the chargers are connected to their own green box.

Thanks for the heads up @Unknolzy Yep, there it is! Looks like the site's been cleaned up a bit, and there's now a single bollard in the spot next to the single stall.

Not an update ... update. I've driven past the site a few times this week, and everytime, the electricians have been there wiring up the Tesla cabinets. I haven't taken any photos, as there's been no real visible changes to the site, and the main switchboard still hasn't arrived.

This thread is getting WAY OT, but anyway, I'd assume it wouldn't work as CF has removed themselves from these chargers. But I believe at the moment, you can just plug in and they'll work. Back OT, I'll be driving past the Campbelltown site again at some point today so I'll try to have a gander...

Looks like the old ChargePoint units in the ICC car park have been replaced with NRMA branded Ocular dual units (7kW) with 5m cables, just in time for the show!

I can confirm 100% what @RichardV has already deduced. Campbelltown is a 12 stall site! 11 stalls (including 1 nose in) and 1 opposite.

Yeah, I saw that (But I only counted 9 + 1). Maybe for this supposed CHAdeMO requirement they’ll put some type of other charger over where the +1 is. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see! I’d love to sneak over early one morning and “find” an SD card from a drone that may have flown over and...

I couldn’t stop for photos today, but Cabinets and Supercharger units have been delivered, while site work continues.

Campbelltown/Macarthur, miraculously, is still operating ;), but the huge free period of 2 days is now over. Which I don't really have a problem with, as free DC chargers bring out the looney in people.

Yeah, waste the cops time with BS like this. Most fines are handed out by council parking rangers, also I'm pretty sure the new rules don't apply to private car parks unless the owners have an agreement with council for them to patrol it, and the finally, the spots have to be properly signposted.
