odd rattle coming from central dash-pasenger dash area

Hi everyone,

this week I started getting an odd "rattle" noise that I cant quite pinpoint. it seems to becoming from somewhere between the center screen to the passenger side in the dash area. my wife thinks it might be the passenger wiper blade in the wind but I cant quite tell. it does seem to increase or decrease with speed.

anyone else have this problem?

Maybe just a loose or broken fastener, under the dash?

My car had one of those, left of the steering wheel. Happily a good sharp slap knocked it into place.
