I question then authenticity of the video, especially the part where the glass sustains repeated blows to the same spot and looks perfect. Even armored glass will crack with repeated blows to the same spot.

but it does look convincing.
 
Will the seat belt attachment still work?
Not sure what you mean. Those "belt cutter with integrated window breaker" tools work on tempered glass side windows (which are used in almost every modern car, and are pretty robust as the video above shows) as they always have. We don't know if they would work on the Cybertruck windows. Apparently those aren't made of conventional tempered glass since they didn't shatter when Franz broke them with the steel ball. It looked more like laminated glass (which is only used for windshields in other cars).
