Guy uses a real sledge hammer (not the rubber mallet) and steel balls on a regular VW Golf window.

I question then authenticity of the video, especially the part where the glass sustains repeated blows to the same spot and looks perfect. Even armored glass will crack with repeated blows to the same spot.

I agree. Yet a thief can break that same glass in under 2 seconds with his screw driver.

Only because that glass was treated with Armolan Safety Film:

For the demo, he should had covered and protected the seats and the floor with some plastic cover.

I would be always scare to have some piece of glass stocked inside the seat cover or the floor.

It would had also saved a lot of time to vacuum the inside of the car.

That's actually harder than you might think. Car thieves use window breakers or "ninja rocks", which can break tempered glass by concentrating the impact energy on a very small tip made of a hard material.

Not sure what you mean. Those "belt cutter with integrated window breaker" tools work on tempered glass side windows (which are used in almost every modern car, and are pretty robust as the video above shows) as they always have. We don't know if they would work on the Cybertruck windows. Apparently those aren't made of conventional tempered glass since they didn't shatter when Franz broke them with the steel ball. It looked more like laminated glass (which is only used for windshields in other cars).
